It has been a good facility for us. The call rates between USA,
Canada and most of the European Countries are cheaper than the normal
PTCL rates.
The connectivity for USA, Canada, Australia, UK and most of the
European countries is very good.
The rates for Middle East and other Asian countries are not good.
Also the connectivity in Middle East and other Asian Countries is
very poor. It is better to use normal PTCL phone than super phone
in these areas.
The payment procedure and customer support service is not appreciable.
In Lahore the payment procedure is based on cash and is paid in
fixed slabs of Rs 5,000. No proper receipt is given which creates
problem for accounts and audit department. There is hardly any customer
support service. E.g. the Super Phone main server in USA is down
for last two
days but no intimation was ever given. This was only brought to
our knowledge upon our investigation.
Also there are only couple of ISP that support Super Phone Function
e.g. recently we have to switch ISP from WOL to cyber.Net as super
Phone was no longer supported by WOL. This is also not intimated
we only found out after conducting a research and investigation
in the matter.
Comparing to other services available on internet like Net2Phone,
MSN, Yahoo, or dialpad. Super Phone is expensive in its rates but
facilitates by eliminating the requirement of PC.
By and Large we have benefited a lot from Super Phone in the last
10 months.

Dear Sir,
I can, without doubt, confirm
the quality of superphone; both the device and the service. It
is a great thing to have and works well.
However, the only problem I have been facing is my ISP in India.
They have blocked us from using our superphone for the last 6
months and will not give us any solutions. I don't know what to
do. Would you have any influence on them... in India...The name
of my ISP in India is In2Cable.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am really happy with the quality
of voice and support I received while setting the Cisco except the
following couple of issues that I am hoping from you that you are
still working to find a solution to it.
1. Phone disconnects all of a sudden while the line in-use or sometimes
off-use. Epecially, when it is not in use, the disconnection goes
un-noticed and we miss the incoming calls.
2. Answering machine sometimes doesn't accept
account or password.
